Two years into this journey and the Phoenix Foundation has continued in bold pursuit of our shared dream to construct a free, outdoor sports facility to serve the youth of Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua.

We’ve had one goal of providing an awesome safe haven for boys and girls of the city ~ to develop their passions, cultivate physical health and realize the true potential of having a dream.

We could have never been able to support this project without every single one of you all. And know that it’s only still the beginning.

**UPDATE FROM THE TEAM IN NICARAGUA !!**

Here’s a look at the FIRST BMX/Skate ramp from Phase 1 of our project with the Phoenix Foundation in Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua! (The best news - this photo was taken a few weeks ago)

With the council of local skaters and developers, the length, height and width of this first phase of development was modified to ensure the safety of all little shredders.

Almost near completion today, Phase 1 will measure out to be a 6 x 26 meter area consisting of three ramps suitable for all adolescents.

Stay tuned for more updates from the field!
